Shantmanu to hold additional charges of JKBOSE Chairman, Dir SCERT | KNO

Srinagar, Mar 01 (KNO): The government Saturday asked Additional Chief Secretary to discharge the functions of JKBOSE chairman and director SCERT. According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the General Administration Department in an order further asked the Additional Chief Secretary to hold the charge of both posts in addition to his own duties as an interim arrangement, till further orders. “In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 12 of Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education Act, 1975, the Government orders that Shantmanu—Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), School Education Department shall discharge the functions of Chairman, J&K Board of School Education and Director of State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) of J&K in addition to his own duties, as an interim arrangement, till further orders,” it reads—(KNO)
